Who we are

Styled by Aneta is a personal styling service operated by Aneta Kawecka, based in Paris, France. You can reach us at aneta@styledbyaneta.com for any privacy-related questions.

What information we collect

When you submit the booking form on this site, we collect the following information that you provide voluntarily:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your approximate travel dates (optional)
• The experience you're interested in (optional)
• Your message — style goals, context
• How you found us (optional)

We do not collect payment information through this site. Payments, when applicable, are handled separately by Stripe after a booking is confirmed.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare a tailored proposal, and schedule and deliver your styling experience.

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or share your information with third parties for advertising.

Legal basis for processing

Under the GDPR, we process your data based on:

• Your consent — when you submit the booking form and tick the privacy checkbox
• Our legitimate interest in operating our styling business and responding to inquiries

How long we keep your data

• Booking inquiries: 3 years after our last interaction, then permanently deleted
• Confirmed bookings: 5 years after your last session, in line with French commercial record-keeping law
• Cookies: see our Cookies Policy for individual cookie lifetimes

Who we share data with

We share strictly the minimum data needed with the following service providers, under appropriate data processing agreements:

• Resend (email delivery) — receives your name and email to send our reply
• Vercel (hosting) — receives anonymised request data when you visit the site
• Stripe (only after booking confirmation) — receives your name, email, and billing details for payment

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or social media platforms.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data — the "right to be forgotten"
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr)
